Spectacular 18" Handel reverse painted lamp. Investment quality. It is not often that you can call a 90 year old lamp "mint". However this lamp is perfect. The base is bronzed metal of vertically-ribbed Chinese form, the foot molded to simulate a Chinese carved and pierced hardwood stand, the upper section molded as a stylized tree trunk. The base has the best original patina I have ever seen on any lamp. The shade has great color that just jumps at you. |
