Perhaps the most beloved of all the Handel lamps is the 6688. Featured on the front cover of the Hibel, Fontaine book on Handel lamps, as well as countless ads that Handel ran. This particular lamp is exceptional. The artist (who signed the lamp) did not use a calculated approach to their painting of the garden. The artists interpretation appears to be more impressionistic.
